
Seasoned Soy Sauce Beef Fillet Cubes with Black Pepper

- 200 grams Beef Fillet (Diced in cube)
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce
- 2 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- 1 tsp Butter
- 1/2 tsp Coarse Ground Black Pepper
- 1). Marinate beef with oyster sauce, set aside.
- 2). Stir-fry beef in high heat until medium well, add in the sauce mix, turn down the heat, mix well and serve.
- Tips: For more umami taste, replace Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce with Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce.
