
Pork/Chicken Fried Rice



- 1 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- 1 Boneless Pork Chop Loin/Chicken Breast (chopped to small pieces)
- 1/4 cup Carrots (chopped)
- 1/4 cup Broccoli (chopped)
- 1 Spring Onion (chopped)
- 1 Egg (beaten)
- 1 bowl Cold Cooked Rice
- 1/4 cup Frozen Peas
- 1.5 tbsp Light Soy Sauce
- 1 clove Garlic (minced)
- 1/8 tsp Ground Ginger
- 1). Heat vegetable Oil in large pan.
- 2). Cook and stir pork/ chicken, carrots, garlic, spring onion, broccoli until cooked through (7-10 minutes).
- 3). Remove the Pork/ Chicken Mixture and put in a bowl.
- 4). Scramble the egg in the pan until the egg is set.
- 5). Return the mixture into the pan and add soy sauce, peas, ground ginger into the mixture.
- 6). Add the cold rice and cook and stir for another 7 -10 minutes until heated throughout.
