Pork/Chicken Fried Rice

  1. 1). Heat vegetable Oil in large pan.
  2. 2). Cook and stir pork/ chicken, carrots, garlic, spring onion, broccoli until cooked through (7-10 minutes).
  3. 3). Remove the Pork/ Chicken Mixture and put in a bowl.
  4. 4). Scramble the egg in the pan until the egg is set.
  5. 5). Return the mixture into the pan and add soy sauce, peas, ground ginger into the mixture.
  6. 6). Add the cold rice and cook and stir for another 7 -10 minutes until heated throughout.
