
Glass Noodles with Minced Pork

- 60 grams Glass Noodle
- 200 grams Minced Pork
- 1 Medium Onion (Finely sliced)
- 1 Spring Onion (Finely Diced)
- 2 tbsp Vegetable Oil
- Marinade :
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Pure Sesame Oil
- Sauce Mix :
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Premium Light Soy Sauce
- 1 tsp Lee Kum Kee Chilli Bean Sauce (Toban Djan)
- 1 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Minced Garlic
- 50ml Water
- 1). Soak the glass noodles until soften, marinate minced pork for 15 minutes. Set aside.
- 2). Sauté onion and garlic in 1 Tbsp oil, then add in the minced pork to stir-fry for 2 minutes.
- 3). Add in the sauce mix and glass noodles, bring to boil then turn down the heat and simmer for about 10 minutes until the glass noodles are cooked and the sauce thicken.
- 4). Sprinkle with sesame oil and spring onions before serve.
- Tips: Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce can be substituted by Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce.
