Pan-fried Chicken Wings with Honey and Soy Sauce

  1. 1). Marinate chicken wings with salte & pepper for 30 minutes.
  2. 2). Pan-fry chicken wings until almost done, set aside.
  3. 3). Fry minced garlic with oil until fragrant, add chicken and the rest of the ingredients, cook until the sauce is thickened. Then, mix well with honey and serve.
  4. Tips: To shorten cooking time and enhance the taste, cut slightly between bones on the wing.
