
Lemongrass Chicken



- 1 Lemongrass (white part only)
- 350 grams Skin on Chicken Thighs (bones removed)
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1/4 tsp Salt
- 3 dashes Ground Black Pepper
- 1/8 tsp Cayenne Pepper
- Oil for Pan Fry
- 1). Grate or Chop the lemongrass finely.
- 2). Marinate the Chicken with lemongrass, honey salt, pepper and cayenne pepper for 30 minutes.
- 3). Heat up the oil in a Pan on medium heat and pan fry the chicken skin side down until nicely brown, turn over and pan fry the other side until brown and crispy and that the chicken is completely cooked through.
- 4). Finish off in the oven to char the surface and serve immediately with a side of rice.
