
Mushroom Beef Rolls

- 150 grams Enoki Mushroom
- 100 grams King Oyster Mushroom
- 12 Slices Beef Slices
- Coriander (To Garnish)
- A little Salt
- A little Coarse Ground Black Peppercorns
- 3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Dumplings
- 1). Season the beef slices with salt and black pepper.
- 2). Clean enoki mushroom and sliced king oyster mushrooms. Roll up with beef slices.
- 3). Pan-fry beef roll until done.
- 4). Serve with Sauce for Dumplings. Serve hot.
