Mushroom Beef Rolls

  1. 1). Season the beef slices with salt and black pepper.
  2. 2). Clean enoki mushroom and sliced king oyster mushrooms. Roll up with beef slices.
  3. 3). Pan-fry beef roll until done.
  4. 4). Serve with Sauce for Dumplings. Serve hot.
