Pan-fried Pork with Bell Pepper

  1. 1). Marinate pork fillet with oyster sauce for 30 minutes.
  2. 2). Fry the pork with oil until cooked, set aside.
  3. 3). Fry onion and bell pepper until soften, then mix well with cooked pork, soy sauce, black pepper, sugar & corn starch dissolved in water, ready to serve.
  4. Tips: 1. Lee Kum Kee Premium Oyster Sauce can be substituted by Lee Kum Kee Panda Brand Oyster Sauce. 2. Keep frying pork fillet under high heat for better eating texture.
