  1. 1). Heat Oven to 180C.
  2. 2). Put half the Ginger in the cavity of the fish, then lay it on the foil, pull the sides of the foil up to create a foil bowl, and add a tablespoon of water, this will steam the fish.
  3. 3). Seal and cook in oven for 15-20 minutes or steam in a large bamboo steamer until fish is flaking apart.
