Hainanese chicken is a classic and delicious poached chicken dish served with rice. We poach the chicken breast in our home made stock then serve it on a bed of rice with spring onion and ginger oil and a garnish of cucumber.

We would advise adding our homemade chilli sauce as an extra too!
